Thread: Motivation by personal Business Cards and E-Mailadresses

Hello everyone,

I have a good Idea that I think about, which is printing business cards for cheap at a one of the following services:

for my 4 Employees who come for about 10h a week to support me in my webdesign business. Also I just gave them their personal E-mailadresses, so that they feel connected to the business and like to stay.
What do you think about that?
Do you think there are other things that I could do that are comparable to that?
