Community Training and Islamic Charities in United Kingdom

Social sector is indeed the largest sector in any society in terms of direct stakeholders in the system. You can include all of the public utilities and services in that particular area and can enlarge it as much as possible. From educational institutions to the hospitals and charities, each and every institute is part of larger social sector set up. Hence, the role of social sector organizations is much more important than any other in terms of affecting daily life of the general public and their mind set. It is rightly stated that it is a social sector institute which develops thinking and ideas in public minds.

There are various forms of services a social sector organization has to play in terms of its services to the community at large and audience specifically. However, community training is the single most important factor which overshadows the rest of the institutes in many respects. It is generally understood that community training centers are nothing but promoters of some particular and biased agenda. The objection may be valid, but still it does not mean that every agenda is negative and against the larger public interest. The role of Muslim charities and non governmental organizations is much important in this regard.

I can vouch that effective training is extremely important as it enables a new recruit to become productive as quickly as possible and can avoid costly mistakes by recruits not knowing the procedures or techniques of their new jobs.
